Please wear comfortable clothing to work out in, sweats / shorts, t-shirt, and clean sneakers. You should bring some water and a towel if needed.

Children can attend up to three classes per week, and Adults can attend up to 5 classes per week.

You can fill out the bulk of the required information using the online form.  You will then need to print it out, sign it, and bring it with you to your "Trial Class".  Please note that if you are under the age of 18, you will need to have your Parent or Guardian accompany you to your trial class and fill out and sign their portion of the waiver.

We are in the process of creating our own high resolution photos for our website, for now we have kept the sample photos that came with the website template.
